Typically, the work is Customer Service-related, requiring candidates with excellent phone skills, the ability to navigate Windows-enabled computer programs, and a typing speed of at least 30 wpm. Our positions are 100% remote work from home (we generally hire from across the country), allowing potential candidates to work in familiar surroundings, bypassing traffic and obstacles that make working in a brick & mortar office difficult. Our pay rates vary depending on our client’s requirements but are usually above minimum wage.
