Position Summary:

The primary purpose of the Laborer position is to perform a wide variety of general labor tasks to reach project goals and as directed by the position’s supervisor.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions

• Ability to perform physical labor activities which includes, but is not limited to, lifting, pulling, pushing, and/or carrying different types of objects/materials.
• Perform clean up tasks after Rota-Mill.
• Jackhammer in areas where Rota-Mill is unable to run and cover inlets.
• Caring for company equipment/machines/tools.
• Keeps job site clean of all unused/waste materials and ensures all equipment is stored in a safe and secure
• Ability to use or learn how to use different hand and power
• Ensure the practice of safety standards in accordance with company policies and OSHA.
• Willingness to perform and learn different aspects of the Laborer
• Perform all other tasks and follow instructions as directed by

Workdays & Shifts:

• Must be available to work varied shifts (days, nights, weekends)
• Willingness to travel for extended periods of time.

Education/Certifications/Licenses:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent – Required.
• Valid driver’s license – Required.
• Up-To-Date DOT Medical Card – Required.

Experience & Knowledge:

• Prior experience as a laborer or other relevant experience preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screens & background check, including
• Must be in a union or be willing to join a union.
